1:1 · 90 days · done with you

Your first tech sales job in 90 days. Whatever your resume says now.

Mid-market AE at 22, no degree. I got my first SDR job at 19 in under a month with a referral, not an application. I run that exact process with you until you sign.

No pitch. I'll tell you straight if it makes sense for you.

The guarantee

An offer from a good tech company in 90 days, or I keep working with you free until you get one.

One condition: you do the outreach. Go a week without sending messages and the clock pauses.
Why me

I didn't read about this. I did it with under $1k in the bank.

19, no degree, nine months at a cell phone store. Moved, signed a 12-month lease, and the next day the transfer my GM promised fell through. Rent due, under $1k.

Financed a $495 tech sales course and spent 12 hours a day messaging SDRs, managers and recruiters until someone put me in front of the person who could hire me. SDR job at a cybersecurity company in under a month. Three years later: mid-market AE, youngest in company history, quota every year.

Everything on this page is the process I used. I just run it with you now.

  • Cell phone store, 9 monthsLearned to sell. Didn't know tech sales existed.
  • Moved. Lease signed. Transfer fell through.Under $1k, 30 days to figure it out.
  • Outreach, 12 hours a dayReferral in. First SDR job in under a month.
  • Mid-market AE at 22Youngest in company history. Quota every year.
Who this is for

Two kinds of people. Same process.

You've sold before

Just not software.

Door to door, retail, cars, insurance, call center. You already handle rejection. Your resume just says the wrong industry. Fastest to place.

You've never sold anything

No degree, no network, no sales job yet.

Restaurants, warehouses, school, nothing. You're the person I was. Companies hire first-timers every week, they just hire the ones a rep vouched for.

How it works

Ninety days, start to signed offer.

You don't apply into a black hole. You get referred in by someone on the team, then you're prepped for every conversation after that.

Day 0

15-min fit call

Where you are, what you've tried, can you do 60-90 min of outreach a day. Fit means we start that week.

Week 1

Resume, LinkedIn, story

Rewritten around your numbers. Your answer to "why sales, why now" nailed.

Week 1-2

Your 15-20 companies

Scouted by hand in your metro. Open role, good pay, 80+ on RepVue, realistic for you. With the people to message.

Week 2-10

Referral, manager, recruiter

You message SDRs and get on 15-min calls. Then their manager. Then the recruiter. I write every message and we review your numbers weekly.

Interviews

Mock screen, mock cold call, final round

Prepped using what your referral told you the manager cares about.

Day 90

Offer

Base, OTE, ramp, promotion path. We go through it together.

80+RepVue score. Reps rate their own company on pay, quota attainment and culture. Only the good ones.
$70K+on-target earnings for every role on your list. Top performers clear $100K.
AE pathCompanies that promote SDRs from within. The first job is the door.
Who does what

You do the outreach. I make sure every message, target and interview is right.

You

  • 60-90 min of outreach a day
  • First 20 messages out within 48 hours of your list
  • Numbers on the weekly call: sent, replies, referrals, interviews
  • Show up prepped. Tell me when anything changes.

Me

  • Resume + LinkedIn rewrite
  • 15-20 companies with the people to message
  • Every message for reps, managers, recruiters
  • Weekly 30-min review where I fix your actual messages
  • Mock screen + mock cold call before every interview
  • Offer review. Text access between calls.

That split is the point. The skill that gets you the job is the skill the job tests. Services that do the outreach for you hand you an interview and nothing else.

Price

One payment. Ninety days. You walk away with the job and the skill.

$997one time, or 2 payments
  • Full 90-day program, 1:1

FAQ

Straight answers.

Do I need a degree?+

No. I don't have one. Most SDR postings say "bachelor's preferred" and most SDR floors are full of people without one. A referral from someone on the team makes that line disappear.

I've never sold anything. Does this still work?+

Yes, it takes a couple more weeks. We build your story first and your list leans toward companies that hire in classes and train from zero. You show up having already talked to three people on the team.

What if I don't have an offer in 90 days?+

I keep working with you free until you do. One condition: you're doing the outreach. A week without messages pauses the clock and the guarantee. I can't want it more than you do.

How much time does it take?+

60-90 minutes of outreach a day, a 30-minute call with me every week, and the interviews. Works around a full-time job. Doesn't work around skipping days.

Why not just apply online?+

Because 300 other people did. A good SDR posting gets hundreds of applications in a week and the recruiter reads the referred ones first. Applying is what you do after someone on the team already said your name.

Next step

Fifteen minutes. Then you'll know.

Book the fit call. If it makes sense, we start this week and your first 20 messages go out before next weekend.
